Mr. Michael Aquilino

Mr. Aquilino is Managing Director for Wells Fargo Multifamily Capital, an originator and servicer of multifamily loans principally for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and the Federal Housing Administration (FHA). In this role, Mr. Aquilino is responsible for managing the company's wholesale production network as well as all secondary marketing activities. Prior to Mr. Aquilino's current position, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President for Reilly Mortgage Group, a privately held entity servicing more than $12 billion in multifamily loans. Wells Fargo purchased Reilly Mortgage Group in August of 2006. An accomplished industry veteran, Mr. Aquilino was responsible for conceptualizing and developing Reilly's unique and successful wholesale business model, which grew from approximately $55 million of annual volume in 1995 to its current production level of $1.3 billion. Mr. Aquilino also developed a number of innovations in the use of escrows that led to increased profitability. In his capacity as Managing Director for Wells Fargo, Mr. Aquilino actively manages the relationships between Wells Fargo and its independent mortgage banking partners and also maintains relationships with the world's largest investment banking firms. Since 1995 Mr. Aquilino has built the largest FHA wholesale platform in the United States, and over the years, his total production exceeds $10 billion. Mr. Aquilino has been a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association Commercial Real Estate Finance Committee since 1989. He is a graduate of the Mortgage Bankers Association's School of Mortgage Banking and the University of Maryland.

Mr. Lance Becker

Mr. Becker is a twenty year insurance industry professional who is currently Area President of Arthur J. Gallagher Global Risk Management Services. He is responsible for the management and development of Gallagher's New York City office and he also serves as the Co-Director of Gallagher's Global Risk Management Practice for which he leads dedicated teams serving Fortune 2000 companies in the analysis, design, structuring, marketing, implementation, management and administration of their risk management programs. Mr. Becker specializes in corporate risk management solutions, including large retention programs and alternative risk financing transactions, on behalf of clients which utilize insurance and reinsurance risk management vehicles within their business operations. During his career, he has served domestic, international and multi-national clients in a broad spectrum of industries including automotive, automotive parts, aviation, building materials, construction, consumer products, diversified industrials, electronics, energy, entertainment, financial services, manufacturing, media/broadcasting, oil & gas, technology, waste-to-energy, waste management, and water treatment. Prior to joining Gallagher, Lance spent ten years with Willis Risk & Insurance Services of New York serving as Executive Vice President for its Large Account Practices. Prior to joining Willis, Lance served as senior executive in the risk management area with Alexander & Alexander. In addition, Lance currently serves on the Advisory Board Council of Litigation Management and also serves Zurich's Counsel of Litigation Management Broker Advisory Board. In 2011, Lance has begun to sit on the Board for Excess Line Association of NY. Lance also earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Towson University in Maryland.

Robert Curry

Mr. Curry is Executive Vice President and Managing Director for credit card and unsecured loan portfolio acquisition activities for The Kessler Group, including business development and client management. Mr. Curry has been with the Boston based Kessler Group for eleven years and has completed over $30 billion in portfolio acquisitions and created over 200 strategic partnerships with top financial institutions including Citi, U.S. Bank, Capital One, GE, Barclays and Bank of America. Prior to Mr. Curry's current position, he served as the Director of Business Development for Citi's E-Consumer Group and as SVP of M&A in the Citi Global Cards Group. Mr. Curry's clients include top global and regional financial institutions, insurance firms and professional organizations. Mr. Curry is an accomplished and recognized consumer lending valuation expert. Mr. Curry holds a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan College and MBA in Finance from Long Island University.

Mr. Kevin P. Tighe

Mr. Tighe, Esq. has been practicing law for over thirty five years and has focused primarily on representing the automobile industry and its numerous trade associations before the U.S. Congress and most federal agencies. He has served as Chief Legislative Counsel for the National Automobile Dealers Association, Washington Counsel for Governmental and Regulatory Affairs for American Motors Corporation, and Washington Counsel for Regulatory Affairs for Chrysler Motors Corporation. He has authored and negotiated many improvements in current manufacturer licensing laws, domestic and import franchise agreements, and has represented segments of the automobile industry in administrative enforcement proceedings before the Department of Transportations NHTSA. Mr. Tighe also maintains a real estate practice and has assisted in the creation of joint ventures and limited liability companies for both residential and commercial developments. He is one of the founding partners of Butzel Long Tighe Patton, PLLC.
